Hiring an interior designer can be daunting. You want someone who can figure out an awkward floor plan, help replace over-loved furniture or handle a large renovation.
Lots of people don't know where to start, but don't worry – we got you. We are here to take the messiness and confusion out of the process. We will help create and stick to a realistic budget and show you gorgeous 3D renderings, elevations, and space plans that will wow you and help inform you before pulling the trigger on designing the home of your dreams. Let’s get started:
concept & planning
First and foremost we are good listeners. We prepare a detailed scope of work based on the client's needs and wants. We identify the client's aesthetic by collaborating and finding a design vision. Then we provide an interior design budgeting tool so we can stick to a budget.
ORDER & MERCHANDISE
We order and manage all the merchandise such as furniture, flooring, tiles, light fixtures rugs, and window treatments. Most importantly, we communicate with the clients - from delivery dates to (ugh) back ordered items during the entire project.
drAWINGS & DESIGN
The FUN PART! We present a design presentation to our clients that expresses our innovative ideas that are tailored specifically to the client. The design is presented with 3D renderings, floor plans and elevations as well as accompanying samples for all furnishings and finishes
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are there every step of the way! As representatives of the design and our documents, we attend meetings with contractors to make sure the project is moving forward as planned.
SOURCING
Following approval of the design, we provide our clients with a purchase and work list (if any construction or renovation is involved) indicating the scope of the job and pricing for the merchandise.
POST PROJECT STYLING
Last but not least...we help with the installation and styling of furniture, accessories and hang artwork. This last step includes the pillow fluffing and book shelf styling to create that finished look you have always wanted for your home.
